Your chosen construction firm will create a detailed project plan which sets out all of the key details for your upcoming project. Both parties will agree to this before you make your first project payment.

Project Begins & Monitoring Starts
The project begins and you start to receive regular project progress updates. When a milestone is complete your contractor will send you evidence of completion for your approval.

Project Success!
Once the final stage, snagging, is complete and signed off by you the project will be complete and the final payments will be made to your contractor.

View & Approve the Detailed Project Plan
Review the Plan & Raise any Queries
Once your quote is accepted and contractor chosen, you'll receive a comprehensive project plan. It'll outline each stage, key tasks, timelines, budget breakdown, and payment schedule. It'll even outline the evidence you'll receive at the end of each milestone.
Approve the Project Plan
You'll review the plan and voice any questions or tweaks you'd like to make. Then, both you and your contractor will sign to acknowledge your roles so everyone starts on the same page from day one.
Make Your First Payment
Project plan signed, start date set, it's time to make your first payment. Part of this goes to the contractor to kick-start things, with the rest held securely in a third-party escrow account. Only when you're satisfied with the first milestone, do we release it.
The Project Kicks Off
Receive Regular Progress Updates
You'll receive regular updates at a frequency set by you which will include a comprehensive list of all tasks completed and visuals to show you what's been done. No more guesswork, you'll always be in the know!
Review Milestone Evidence & Sign Off As Complete
At the end of each project milestone your contractor will submit at least 5 pieces of evidence for you to review and approve. Something not quite right? You can easily raise a concern and get any issues resolved before the milestone is completed.

Our mission is to equip you with a tool that guarantees successful project completion every time, so only once you've approved each milestone will the next payment be released. Keeping you protected from any incomplete or poorly finished project work.

Snagging Completed
Wrapping up the project, we dive into the snagging stage, where your contractor will fine-tune all the tiny details according to your project plan. Remember, this milestone is only considered complete after you've reviewed the evidence and given your seal of approval.
Final Milestone Sign Off & Payment
And just like that, we've crossed the finish line of another successful project journey! You've given your nod of approval to the final milestone, and your contractor has received the final payment. Ready for the next one? We're ready when you are!
